Furthermore contained in this latest photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend detailing various sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
